I woke up this morning at 6:10am and for some strange reason, I felt like doing sit-ups. I immediately climbed out of bed, hit the floor, and cranked out two sets of 30. Then for another unknown reason, possibly because I was breathing hard, I decided to sit and meditate.
I don’t really know much about meditation, but from what I’ve heard, read and experienced in my high school pyschology class, I was giving it my best shot. I sat and took deep breaths for about 15 min. It felt pretty good, and I do believe it got me focused enough to write this post.
