Sillyness

XHTML 2.0

In XHTML 2.0 the W3C has recommended getting rid of the <img /> tag and the <br /> tag, but they’re adding an <nl> (navagation list) tag and the href attribute can now be used in any element.

This is all well and good. I like what Mark Pilgrim says at the bottom of this post.

I used to think I had a pretty good lay understanding of programming.... but the first paragraph of this post is completely incomprehensible to me. The words *look* like English..... I feel old and ignorant..... <sigh>

Sorry David. I'm obviously not writing for my target audience. Someday I'll split up the tech related posts from the life posts, and everything will be much better.
