Moving to DreamHost
I’m starting the process of moving some domains to DreamHost. I don’t know how long it will be before I move twocentsworth. Right now, I’ve moved nanoblog.org and stphilipky.org. St. Philip is the church that Jenny’s parents go to, and the grade school that Jenny went to many years ago. I’ve actually been helping teach some of the kids at the school how to put together web pages/sites. Pretty soon, some of their stuff will be up on the site, but for now it’s all in a practice directory at the school.
So far Dreamhost seems to be great! I haven’t tried setting up Movable Type yet, but I know other blogs hosted there have it. Once I get it working, then I’ve got to clean up these posts and get them ready for the move. Titles and cleaned up links… basically a pain in the butt. I wish I would have used MT from the start, but I guess I had fun building my own blogware first.
