Thinking About My Female Links, Or Lack Thereof

So I’m setting up a new “blogroll” using the ever popular blogrolling.com and I notice something. With the lone exception of Dawn from a.lifeuncommon.org, I mostly read the writing of other guys.

Should I have some balance in my blogroll? What female weblogs should be on my reading list? I know there must be about as many female bloggers as males, right?

And probably all straight guys, at that.

I wasn't thinking of that, but you're probably right.

After Jenny and a few co-workers took that EQ/SQ test I'm now thinking that I do surround myself with other "Male" brains (see next post).

I wonder if that means anything other than I seriously need to find some "Female" brains to balance things out.

Looking through my blogroll and even the top 100 blogs at Blogrolling.com, I would say that there are more female bloggers than male. However, there may be more male "tech" bloggers, and maybe that's what you're drawn to?
