Explaining: You Are - A Blip
Someone asked me about the tagline I’m using below the header on this blog. Here’s the not too interesting explaination.
I got it from a postcard I picked up back in Clifton, OH. The postcard is part of a piece of art by Robert Glasgow that has the following words written on it.
YOU ARE THE PROGRAM
YOU ARE EVERYTHING
YOU REPRESENT THE
THE PAST AND FUTURE
YOUR SUCCESS INSURES
THE SURVIVAL OF THE
PROGRAM. YOU ARE
YOU ARE - A BLIP
Then written in blue over top of the previous words is this:
Well, I guess I want to teach.
I liked it for some reason or other and bought it, then kept in on the cork board above my monitor. When I re-designed the site it was staring me in the face and I decided to use it. Plus I think it reminds me that I’m just a blip in the blogoshpere, which is just fine by me.
