Jenny’s Vault Video
I’m so amazed by my wife. She’s going to have better vaulting technique after one year than I did during my entire high school career. She really is an excellent student at whatever she does. I wish I was half as focused and consistent.
Jenny would also remind me that she has some excellent coaches (Coach Jen & Roy) from our local vault club, and she’s definitely right about that.
Now if I could just get off the dang computer and start going to practice — my vault technique isn’t getting any better sitting here.
